Domini Kemp is an award-winning chef, food writer and entrepreneur. She is a co-founder of ITSA, Hatch & Sons, Alchemy Juice Co and Joe’s, as well as Feast catering & events. She is MD of the ITSA food group and oversees the running of 10 locations and five brands, employing a team of 110, since 1999. She is a Euro-toques chef, finalist of the E&Y Entrepreneur of the year, Image Businesswoman of the year and is currently studying for an MA in Gastronomy and Food Studies. She also runs the PEP Entrepreneur Programme in Wheatfield Prison.
